Here is another great pairing suggestion for our Original Recipe (red) that you may not have considered. This one is especially great if you have a sweet tooth and you like a little sweet treat to go with your (not-too-sweet) mulled wine.
It's liquorice!
Any type of liquorice will do and I dare say that if you weren't a liquorice lover already this may just convert you! I speak from personal experience here... I appear to be the only Swede in the world who isn't obsessed with liquorice - I guess it must be the Australian in me! ;-)
