Cheese, cheese and more cheese!

When my partner is away, sometimes I fill the void he leaves with culinary delights. Sound familiar? I'll know I can make it through kids' dinner and bedtime a little peckish, because once the snores start resounding down the hallway, that smooth creaminess washed down with some sweet spice is ALL MINE!

Be it a creamy camembert, a smoky cheddar or my absolute favourite: a stinky covered-in-God-knows-what blue vein, smeared on a Swedish ginger thin biscuit!Yum!
