If you are dissatisfied with your wine, please contact us at info@themulledwineco.com.au and we will refund any single opened bottle. If you have purchased a case, you may return unopened bottles for a full refund. This policy is offered in good faith, to be used only in genuine cases.
We aim to run our business with as small a footprint on our planet as possible. To that end we use only 100% Australian wine and all our bottles are manufactured here in Australia. With the exception of some of our spices, we use Australian-grown (some organic) raw ingredients and most of our packaging is reusable, recyclable and/or compostable. We provide discount incentives for bulk orders to minimise deliveries, and if you live locally come find us at an event and avoid the delivery altogether! This is only a starting point. Waste, transport, reuse and recycling are at the forefront of our minds in every decision we make.
