Behind the scenes at our photo/reels shoot in November 2024

There's a lot of DIYing in our day-to-day marketing. From pimping up our EDMs in Canva to photos and reels taken on the fly at events or while using our products. So it was a real treat to get to work with Ingrid Photography back in November to create some beautiful new images and reels for our Christmas and summer campaigns. 

Besides being one of my best friends, Ingrid is also incredibly creative and hard working. From the get-go the ideas came thick and fast in our chats and we had many a fun meeting going through ideas and planning the shoot. 

We worked out of my house here on the Central Coast as well as our neighbours'. As my kids never fail to point out, we are less blessed in the backyard department, ie we have no pool, so a little help was needed. We even managed to rope in our neighbor Helen to model for us (she's a total legend btw).

The result was a series of beautiful stills and fun reels, bursting with summer vibes reflecting the fun of Australian Christmas with traditional European flavours.

And a couple of head shots for me to boot... sometimes it pays to know the photographer! Thanks Ingrid ;-)

It's time to start planning the next one now... this time around we'll be embracing the cosiness of winter, the cocooning and the warming of the cockles!
